Description

cruising through my photos I found this photo of the bridge I crossed many times on my way to work. it was after a first snowfall and it was so quiet and peaceful that day. I look forward to more snowfalls in this upcoming winter season. I hope you enjoy this! Mike

Now I know why they call it a carpet of snow. Looks like white shag. Beautiful scene.

So very peacful. Don't you love the way everything is so quite when it snows ? All of our every day harsh noise is muffled and the quite is so wonderful.
This is beautiful.

Isn't this when you got the new bike cam? Beautiful in its 'visual silence'. :)

Keep the snow, I drive for my job and sure can be a hassle driving in it. But snow is a beautiful site otherwise. Nice capture my friend. Did u watch the first football game of the season? Your Seahawks play one of my other favorite teams Sunday, the Dolphins. Good luck. In the football pool I picked the Seahawks.

You are looking forward to more snow? Sheez, you live on the right side of the mountains and do not get the same amount we do. Most people her switch to the winter studded tires in the late fall. I really do not have the money to invest in two sets of tires, so I get trapped some days, as to walking again you do not miss it till its gone. Very pretty picture.

I would be very tempted to be first across even though it looks so beautiful and pristine. A lovely capture. 😀

So beautiful and peaceful. And without a sense of other human intervention, you caught a pristine moment in nature. Well done.

Looks very inviting for someone to take a run up and slide across...I know I would, although the capture wouldn't be as effective.

Well done & ~Cheers~

This is a lovely shot, Mike! You almost don't want to walk or ride over it and spoil the perfect smooth texture.

It's fun going through old photos... I'm now scanning all my old B&W stuff. I'll probably post a few.

Great shot. I was afraid this is already a new season up at your neck of the woods. This would have been kind of early!
