Description

Borough Market is on London's South Bank and very popular with locals and tourists alike. It carries a true market feel and typical market products, selling from fresh produce to hand crafted plates as shown on this image. I loved the detail on these plates right to the "write-up" of each animal/fish written around the outside edge of each plate. The food stalls sell a variety of lip-smacking cuisines and I make a point of eating at a different stall each time I visit.

I made a point of using all the pubs around there LOL Good job I didn't be your guide Carin, I'd have got you pissed every day LOL!!! BM is a great and interesting place, but years ago, it was a dirty horrible place to be, we brits soon realized a few years back, that cleaning up these places and giving them a lick of paint earned thousands of pounds in tourist trade,

Richard Bramble's mum and dad live 2 doors away from me. They have been there 45 years and I only got to speak to Mrs Bramble about 3 weeks ago! Mr B was a urology consultant and they used to have a 3 legged dog which was always escaping, but somehow we never met. It's not that sort of district......
