Description
Ok here is the Octane version of the earlier render it is much larger than the DAZ version and took 2 minutes to render. Now that is fast. Again I am sorry in being so behind it looking at your renders. I will probably even get farther behind for a while as I am going to have to read up on how to use Octane. My two biggest problems are not all DAZ textures convert well, like water for instance. Lights are not transferred it stated so I will have to learn how to add lights in Octane (this one is just the daylight setting). Also need to learn how to focus camera and how to vary quality is possible.

I know you will learn soon to use octane. Besides the water plane model and vegetation looks good to me. Of course I'm not expert. :P

I am biased since I use Octane all the time, but I think this version looks better / has more potential than the IRAY version you posted!

The lighting is better in this one.

Whoa two minutes! You can do a lot of test renders when the renders are that fast! I find her expression amusing--it's like "OK, here we are--I will do a little dance while we try things out.."

I feel your pain - I'm learning IRay and... 4.9

Dayum!! Two minutes?? That's amazing! Considering that last render I did of G4 in DAZ took several hours.... I just started the render and went to bed, so I don't know the actual hours, but it was several.
There are so many CG apps and different render engines it's a wonder any of them are compatible. I just downloaded Blender which uses the Cycles engine - which I know nothing about, yet. Something else to make my head explode...
Keep on rockin' bro, you're doing great!

There's quite a difference between the two pictures. Of the two, I like this one better.
