Bad trip, I would say.

o man, not a bad trip at all: A terrifically complex abstract, with real hue contrasts (greens and reds---opposites on the color wheel, total contrast), and an almost fractal-like texture. You have swirls overlapping swirls, crossing-over of colors, the kind of cross-over one finds in the abstracts of the 20s and beyond (in European Modern Art). And such wild textures, including very fine fabric-like textures atop and petal-like fabrics below. Energies abound. This is terrific, Harry. Whatever brought you to this series, I bow to it. If it was a bad night (maelstrom implies that), you turned it into wonderful abstraction. I just love this.
