My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I instantly recognized this as Shore Acres from the crane sculptures. One of my very favorite places on the Oregon coast - we always try to stop there if we're anywhere close...

I can imagine those lilies preparing to play a symphony for us all! Indeed they are a symphony of wonderful gracefulness! A wonderful photo, Tara!

Brilliant, as the contours of these lilies do justice to your title, and their beauty; as stately as well.

beautiful contrast of the lilies against all that shadowed background. I realize you may have coaxed that shadow out, but whether enhanced by you or just dark to begin with (I suspect the former), it's a beautiful dreamy background to these silken, sensual blooms. And the two birds back there are beautiful counterpoint, as is the soft-focus water, trees, flowers, etc. A deep perspective with only the front layer in focus. Beautifully done, filled with visual contrast and counterpoint. You paint with the lens and postwork.
