Description

First of all, this is a nice overview of the importance of this site. http://gettysburg.stonesentinels.com/gettysburg-battlefield/little-round-top/ and this one: http://www.historynet.com/little-round-top This is the east side view of the main monument on the Little Round Top. It's "castellated" and provides a good view of the entire valley. Full of tourists today, but this angle gives some idea of the terrain: rocky and steep. We are near the part where Colonel Strong Vincent was shot. http://gettysburg.stonesentinels.com/monuments-to-individuals/strong-vincent/ No PW. Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
