Description
With this picture I was trying to show the colored light streaming through the chapels stained glass windows, iluminating the bible sitting on the bench. See if you can find the butterfly in this picture (represents spirit and life)

Agreed. Excellent work. I have been trying to get a similar look with the lighting. Not as easy as it might seem. !! (also work with TS).

about a year ago when I became interested in CG I started looking around for 3D-software. This picture and "Life House" (among others on Caligari's web-site ) made me want to buy trueSpace. The lighting from the windows, the Bible and the textures all seem perfect.

Realistic image, I like the glass of the window where Jesus Christ taking of the shoulders to a boy, is an image that moves me, it is an image that associates to the dates that we will be living in few hours but, Merry Christmas for you.

Thanks for the feedback Byron (IDiedLastNight), but the window (and light coming through it) are behind the church pew by a good 3 feet. This is why you don't see any light from the window fall on the book. The light falling on the book could make a good image. I might do a detail shot of this. I just got to figure out how to logically move the church pew close enough to the window and not have the image look "forced"
