you get such mysteries in these mixed medium pieces...I love the mysterious feeling of this room, like a room that Galileo used to write his theories of the cosmos, now long abandoned; or where some monk wrote out obscure scriptures, now long abandoned...lots of great detail, including a cat hiding behind a box (a box?) as he/she stalks a mouse! (You have hidden easter eggs in these pieces!) And the old barrel, etc...The draperies are so old they look like the sheets ghosts use. And that woman is definitely not someone you'd invite for a nice Easter dinner, lol: Great job on her eyes, her white face, her stare, and terrific posture, all clenched up and holding secrets. (And I don't know how anyone could ever wear those boots: It'd take 2 hours just to lace them!) Love her clothes. And behind, an old half-rotted roof through a window so soiled, half of it is white, and there are cracks in it too. Terrific mood piece---with a frame with nothing in it---this could be from a surreal Twilight Zone piece, and the woman could be someone's sister who the family stopped visiting years ago. ("We love her, but she's, like, weeeeeeeiiiirrrrrd...") You put her right lower leg in perfect position between the two thighs: Great vertical accent. Terrific, Barb. You create whole worlds with these packed pieces.

Yup, that's one old, grungy room...can't say she looks to comfortable hanging out in it...super job with the compositing---everything looks at home in the scene...
