My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

hodge podge: a confused mixture.
When I saw this building I immediately thought of this definition. The overall appearance is quite attractive.

They built those buildings to last didn't they. Great to see it is still in use. Excellent capture and filter. 😀

A gorgeous photo, Tara! I need one of those ships to bring me some stones, a few 4 X 8 foot sheets of half-inch plywood, and a load of 2 x 4s.

fascinating history, and lol Rod (what---he gonna build new computers out of rocks???) (and yeah, if he and i ever got together, ala your comment to me, I'd send out tidal wave warnings...the jokes would fly something fierce...) After the two very genteel and grace-filled facades of your previous two shots, it's great to see this wildly varied facade, and with a big sweeping, endless feeling to it: This feels like a warehouse through and through, and I love the bar and grill signs at the verrrrrry bottom. (Cool cropping.) And that you whited out the other facades in the upper right. A real hodge podge of a facade (Mark), and your treatment brings out the graphic feeling of it. A big in our face architectural capture.
