Description
Captured 4/25/18, at the site of seemingly endless reconstruction at a local freeway overpass. Like the Egyptian pyramids of antiquity, work will never cease there.

Yes it looks very handy, when you are working in hights. I need to use a grip to clean up a place for my little Houseleeks I got from my neighbor :) But unfortunately 2 wood pigeons are just now eating by the bird feeding tree. So it is impossible, as I cannot scare them away, can I? :D

I could have used one of these back when i used to go out hunting insulators along old train tracks. Can't do that nowadays...

another of your gritty shots of the myriad construction projects in your city. I love the contrast of that long boom arm with the textured concrete behind it. It's got wavy forms on it, as it it were some sedimentary stone...And a bit of sky in the right corner gives it context. A really inviting shot, and I can't explain why: I just really like it. The open ground here may be one reason. It's a pretty open space...fascinating contrasts, spaces, objects, etc. And that boom lift and truck is almost exotic. I guess you need that massive casing on the bottom to hold that huge boom...
