Description

La femelle donne naissance à deux ou trois jeunes, après une longue (6 à 7 mois) période de gestation. Les jeunes sont bien développés à la naissance avec les yeux complètement ouverts et un pelage complet. Les jeunes peuvent ingérer des aliments solides après deux semaines et sont sevrés à dix semaines. Les jeunes sont sexuellement matures après 16 mois, atteignent leur taille adulte à trois ans, et vivent généralement une dizaine d'années. The female gives birth to two or three young, after a long gestation period (6 to 7 months). The young are well developed at birth with fully open eyes and a complete coat. The young can ingest solid foods after two weeks and are weaned at ten weeks. Young people are sexually mature after 16 months, reach adult size at three years of age, and generally live about ten years.
