Description
So, how's this for the entrance to my bathroom? It took several hours to cut the rug and to break apart the light colored salt drenched parts. The salt drenched parts were rather hard and thus easier to break apart. But the blue less salty parts of the rug were very difficult to cut. I wound up using the serrated bread knife which turned out better than scissors (I broke a pair of scissors - darned plastic handles!). The bathroom door is to the right. Note the great variation in staining, despite an even covering with news papers.
There are a few more photos on their way.

I am glad my Bodie is house broke without ever training him. I would suggest putting some baking soda there to help get rid of the odors. it works very well and relative cheap without polluting your life

I never smelled a thing! So baking soda went back into the cabinet.

I sure don't envy you of that task, Michael! Ugh! Cutting carpet is bad enough, but all that cat pee..... ewwwwwwww….
Glad you got through all this!
