Description
Well, guess what? The obvious is that I've succeeded in removing almost the entire rug and rug pad in this photo. The pink wet looking discolored sheets are the protective cardboard sheets lying on top of the linoleum floor. I have left some of the rug and rug pad to the right, just below the main door. Removing clothing, shoes, boots and so on was just too much work in order to remove the remaining rug, pad and cardboard. Furthermore, Kitty wasn't in there, so no need to over-do things. And even if she was there, it's definitely not visible! However, there is some slight staining visible on the protruding part of the carpet and pad.
My back? Still ouch! But not as bad as the previous day!
If you can put up with it, I have 2 more photos showing final work and the clean hall. :-)
I hope this image gets through at a decent rate - I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the previous one to show up - I feared someone at Rendo had deleted it. But, thanks to Faemike's comments I got to see the image was there, hiding among the artists comments! I wonder why this sometimes happens?
Well, 2 more photos tomorrow. :-)
Enjoy the increasing cleanliness!

it is very hard for me to work on the floor. I wish to replace the largest area in my house of wood flooring, but I will be in pain. however to save the money, I will take some pain pills

I too have trouble working low down. I can do it but it HURTS! Great work mate. Andrew.

Rather you than me; my knees protest and if I dare get down I have a battle getting up again - oh the joy of getting older (nearly 80).

That's quite a task, but it looks like you've made lots of progress! Looking forward to seeing the next photos.
