I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Photoshop must have been rebelling against all that white. It hates snow, too. Super shot though.

Yeah, I think that's Adobe's new 'Sensi' AI.... 😆

Excellent shot(s), Poor Photoshop this must have been the digital equivalent of putting together a puzzle of a snowman in a snowy field of trees covered with snow.

duuuuude, this is beautiful. I haven't found the words for your photography, but you get this clarity mixed with what I can only call a 'film' look---your photography has that unnamable softness that one only got from film. And the tone here---a nostalgic blue-gray---is beautiful; it's almost silvery. A wonderful panorama. The quality of the trees---esp on the right---is just magical. This is a panorama, sir.
Also, I saw the video almost as this went up: I loved it. And I never knew---I mean I never knew that the drone could be controlled so well. It's just stunning how it can hover, then rotate, then move here and there, then stop, then go right next to the trees without hitting them, then pan up, etc. You must really know how to control the thing, because I can just picture it banging into trees, hitting antennae, etc. It felt like you knew this thing in and out. And the views were really beautiful, some of them amazing: to be that close to a tree top, and be able to see it in a way one never could from the ground...I loved it. (And it all ended with you on your sidewalk, guiding it home.) I had no idea all you could do with it; I guess I'd never seen it in motion...
(Btw, you can get rid of ads on YouTube if you subscribe. But it ain't cheap, so if OneDrive works for you, by all means, stay with it...)

Many of the newer drones - especially ones from DJI - are designed for photography, and practically fly themselves. They lock on to GPS satellites and are very stable. The Mavic Pro I'm using has built-in obstacle avoidance. I could see on the controller how close I was to the trees, and the drone will stop once it gets to a predetermined distance from the tree. Even if I push the joystick forward, the drone won't get any closer. These things are truly amazing. You still have to use some common sense, but they're really pretty easy to fly. 😁

WOW! Fantastic job piecing those 16 panorama shots together. You say you are in the lower left corner. I don't see you, but I may need a microscope. There is so much to see in this photo. Also, the photo suggests you live in a small city. My previous impression was out in the country-side (I'm thinking of the felled trees after the storm wherein you could locate the downed electric wires with the drone). Thanks for the info about GPS and distance sensing drones. In Australia they have been having problems with people flying their drones around airports, causing cancelled flights and a load of trouble. Seems like your drone would not make that possible with its sophisticated sensory and control systems. Does this one also sound like a hornets nest on steroids? A good warning for your neighbors - "Watch out! Here he comes again!" Now, I'm wondering how much that super-drone has cost you! Keep up the good work! But don't forget - there are those of us who can't access all the modern flashy software you can throw at us. :-)

I am so impressed with this! good job, good job. snow can be very pretty, but dangerous, too (it's Mother Nature's winter trick.) stay safe and warm but feel free to take more photos. :)

I echo all the above in their assessment of this labor or love. And as long as Renderosity dosen't change its mind, my full size view is the default on Renderosity.

Try Microsoft ICE. Its a free software for stitching. Its free and fantastic. I use it for 360 panoramas or other panaramas.
