I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Page 32 just adds to the excitement of the series my friend, you can see all the hard work it takes to develop work like this. Each frame is so well lite, and with great props.seems Ella has talents like Mr Rabbit, he will enjoy working with her in future. Love the gals and how you interacted them together for this page. I can't produce and come up with them like you. Always PROFESSIONAL, highly readable and enjoyable. I haven't even started my next page. Lack if ideas.
Sounds like your got lots going on. Take care my friend.

She likes 'action', and there's always plenty of 'action' going on with these 'Gals!! I'm anxious to see how this story develops!! I likey!! Nice job Rod!!

Really outstanding scene work. The richness, depth, and color of the textures are eye-openers to Poser's capabilities in the hands of an expert. Excellent idea in expanding your online presence. There's a lot of demand out there for skilled artists from book authors looking for story-line illustrators. Your work is as good, if not better, than a lot of stuff I see. :-)

Creative girls. I have no idea what their next adventure will be, but I'm sure it will have something to do with Llamas and coffee latte.

Another enjoyable segment of your series...beautifully constructed scenes and great dialogue--but "boob DNA," really? Get ready for lots of snow storms--looks like the weather pattern has been set for plenty of back to back snow storms across the country-except NYC. Rats!

I'll see if I can divert the one for this weekend and send it your way.. Although, I'm not sure the Girls would appreciate wandering around in your fair city in two feet of snow! 😜

Stellar creation in yet another adventure of your favorite femmes. Man, am I jealous. Here you are experimenting, creating, schooling, tinkering, socializing, and creating new episodes of your advanced Valley Girls, and here I am, all worn out from my health problems.

First, "all the boob DNA" is one for the books. Don't lose that line---it could be one of the lines everyone quotes when they make the film version of this! I'm back just for a few comments, and I had to comment on this. I was thinking, your TNA ladies never seem to swear---"boob DNA" (which isn't swearing) is still the saltiest I've heard them speak since entering this magisterial series. They're too classy to drop an F bomb. Sooooooooo, I was imagining a "director's cut" where the women say "blow me!" or "suck my ___," and you yelling "CUT!" And them sighing, "do we HAVE to read the lines???" And you pointing to the censors....
But the next thing is: I saw this before I read it, and jesus dude: You're getting so cinematic! I just love the frames, love the space, love the angles (I sound like a cheap PR guy)---I love them. I saw them right off, and I loved them. Look at frame 3: The shadows are in back, and the women are in semi shadow, in front (with beautiful light falling on their as-always beautifully clothed, stately, sexy figures); but the light in between? The bright silvery yellow on the sidewalk behind them? Man, that's creative lighting. It sets them off, as if they're backed by gold leaf (in old paintings). And the Draft Beer neon behind them is a great accent. The 1st frame has great music: That bus comes in and matches up with the lights of the police car; then there's the dark background, the bright red of the car in the right-distance, the gathering of the ladies on the right---all kinds of visual music there. In 2, I love Ar's shadowed face, all concentration, and the general cloister of their gathering: sexy, poised, beautifully lit and crowded together. Or the noir-like shadow of 4, with Ar and G4 showing their backs to us: That takes intuition, I think, because it can shut out the viewer; but you handle these groupings with such ease, and we're never shut out. I know you don't always see these things (hey, I don't see anything I create), but it has to be in you at an intuitive level because 1) you do them all the time, and 2) you do them so easefully.
I love how Ella turns out to be an old time detective---I like the reference to MHammer. And that she works in an office that---in frame 4---looks like it could've been lifted right out of a Spillane or Raymond Chandler novel. (I'm a big fan of that school of fiction; in fact it inspired me when I wrote you that crazy detective yarn a ways back...but that, in turn, was inspired by an image of G4 in one of your uploads ((I think it was G4!)), sitting in such an old 40s office...and I have to tell you, I always dreamt of your team doing a page in all Chandler or Dashiell Hammett dialogue, coming out in trench coats and fedoras, talking like Bogart---short clipped sentences, lots of "that's right, babe"---and walking the mean streets alone at 3 in the morning...I know it would involve new sets, a whole set of new clothes and so on, but I dreamt about it; it's one of the things that inspired that crazy tale I wrote for you around the time of your retirement, operations, and the general deluge of madness that descended on you in those crazy months...)
Finally, you clothe and pose these women like each one is perfected for a photoshoot; yet they feel totally natural. And I love Ella's detective life---I didn't expect it. And you end with an 'opening'---ie, they walk into a new room with lots of space: It just feels like a way of leaving the story wide open. And you've managed to make Ella wholly welcome, not only in your words but in your compositions. A terrific installment, Rod. (Will G4 still be called "Angelique"?) (I hope I remembered that right!) Terrific.
