Description
This is for Steve (eekdog).
All you Steve fans know, he had a major health problem, and had to go to the hospital. He had serious abdominal blockage, and they needed to do surgery. Further: They said if he didn't do surgery, he would have to pay for the tests and hospitalization out of pocket---appr 20G.
Well, I'm very relieved to say they did a battery of procedures---I can only imagine what Steve's intestines and stomach were going through---and they said Steve was all "clear"! They sent him home without any surgery! Bravo! At last, Steve got a big break. (He'd had surgery in just the last year...)
Also, he was in danger of losing his job if he had surgery, due to time lost. But now his employer is very happy to have Steve back: Another obstacle out of the way! Bravo once more...
I'm sure Steve has to recover, and he still has to watch his health...But this was a big break for him, after a long time in the job market, and a landlord who told him to go live under a bridge (Steve's talked about this on RR), and on and on. So I wanted to post something to wish Steve all the healing in the world, and that this be a sign of good things to come: May you never have to go through this again, Steve! You're loved here, and I'm sure everyone wishes you the best in everything. And I'm so glad you could keep your job. (Oh---and Tig er, the cat Steve was sure had disappeared---came back, alive and hungry! At last a good weekend!) Tons of blessings, Steve, and I'm sure everyone is happy you're home and healthy again. Healing, peace and love for all the years ahead, Mark
(ps---a shout out to Rod ((RodS)) who got slapped with a major house problem, just as he was preparing to sell his place. Everyone's with you, Rod ((you can read about it in his most recent upload)): Hope it's over soon, and that you recoup all that freaking money! It's time all these crazy intrusions stop!)
I'll be back to comment soon...

Gee, I miss a few days here and things go crazy. Thanks for the news on Steve and Rod.
I love this colorful series of images, the way they go in and out of focus (from one to another) is soooo cool! It's like walking through a fairyland where every step forward is different and more fascinating than the last. From the bottom up it also feels like I'm being buried in autumn leaves. How wonderful!

These colors just lift one right out of the doldrums, and you can't help but get a smile! A delightful symphony of colors and shapes, Mark!
And of course a wonderful and heartfelt well-wish for our pal Steve - the poor guy's been through so much, and yet he still creates wonderful art pieces, and encourages others. Hope his troubles subside, and nothing but good things come his way.
Thanks for the shout-out, buddy! I just hope they get this done quickly (certain problems tend to arise when you can't flush toilets, do laundry, take a bath, etc, etc...).

OMG, you went the whole color abstract route in this stellar dedication for our star-crossed Steve/eekdog. Gee, I wish I had this software for the mono-like captures of mine that need some cheering up. That said, eekdog has had more than his share of problems, both health and money wise, with a variety of conditions that I've had experience with in my life. All he needs now is nothing but good, illness free, health and a lasting job.

What a colorful composition and slideshow for Steve and Rod! - the change from one picture to the other is fascinating, I had to scroll several times, so many to see in it! I love the streetlight of the cosy road in this big town. Superb postwork as usual and good news after all...
