Description

Here's our lovely Fae, Kinnie (Arquinia) enjoying her own special place in Fae Valley. I finally got all my Poser runtimes linked to DAZ Studio on the new machine. I added an additional internal drive dedicated to Poser content. This was my first experiment, and while I had to do some tweaking, I was pretty happy with the result. Her skin isn't even converted to an Iray shader. I did a little bit of postwork in PS - mainly adding grass to the ground. And again, I'm not abandoning Poser - not by a long shot. I'm currently using Poser Pro 2014, Poser Pro 11, and DS 4.11 beta. I'll also soon be taking the plunge and diving into the new version of Blender. So if you hear a muffled 'boom' some night, don't be concerned. It's just my head exploding! 🤣 I have a 3090 X 4000 pixel version on my Patreon. Hope everyone had a great weekend, and have a great new week. Thanks so much for dropping by, and for all your wonderful comments and support! Facebook Twitter Girls From T.N.A. I know of a nice bit of forest she can hang out in. It's just past my back yard.

I gotta get to your Patreon page more often; you have lots of fine stuff there. This image has all your photo experience in it: your way with single model poses that shows an immediate, intuitive knowledge of how to pose a person. Love the stance, and how she looks at us from a slightly-to-the-right position, inviting and tempting, and how her top seems to fit that way naturally---and yet she almost seems to be taking it off for her viewers. And the great coloring and shadow, etc, you've applied to her as well. Great wings too, like fine glass (we don't get to seem them this close that often---they're like fine tiffany glass). Terrific light in her hair, and her matching eye makeup, nail polish, and the greens in her outfit. You always do these matchings so well. With a very tranquil shaded photo too. I really appreciate how well you do single model pieces; your pinups. A beautiful pinup. And radiant.

Rod I have to stop (it's been over 35 minutes for just 3 comments; I'll be back for the rest very soon); but I want to tell you I saw your latest YouTube piece. Loved the fast-motion preparation! I wanted to say, why don't you just get a big clump of branches rather than run back and forth, lol--I was getting out of breath! Then you sat down and talked. I could hear the motorcycles---it sounds like Chicago. I know you've been through a ton, and you have all that renovation to do so you can sell. I hope it's not too difficult. You look in good shape, Rod---better than I am these days---and you move around and bend and lift, etc, very well. (Hope you don't pay for it later.) Cool to see you talk by burning branches in an old iron stove. It was FDR, yes, he was the ol' fireside chatter; and I like that that's how you recorded your video. (Maybe your new neighbors will offer you guys curries and flatbreads!) I wish you all the best with everything and I hope the worst is far behind you. And it's kinda nice to have 70s in June isn't it? Esp if you're working---you won't have to sweat bullets. And btw: I wish I knew more about 3D: I don't really know what it means to "not leave Poser"---meaning, why it's essential, next to Daz or any other program. I take your word for it. You work so well in all of them, I'm fine with wherever you go. But it sounds like some people were worried you might be leaving it? You certainly seem deeply involved in it. All the best to you both, Rod. I hope it's a lot better now than it was even 2 weeks ago. I'll be back for more soon, thanks for the YouTube video...

Looks fantastic. Her skin texture is really nice and good to know that the Poser texture did so well in DAZ.
