You captured the texture of the boot very well. Nice one!

yeah, with rod, you captured the boot's texture really well. This could be suede, or it could be full leather that has been worn so much, it resembles suede. Fine shot of the surface of this old beast. And the pavement is a neutral gray, to bring out the chocolatey tones of the boot...
