I love the title, I don't know exactly what's going on with it, but that leaves the storyline open and of infinite possibility. She looks like she's giving a report, having just gotten back from some mission. And she has the look of an ancient Central/South American goddess, and she's a little peeved in telling her story. The wear on her amazingly inter-woven outfit---from the head gear to the long braids to the breast plates---indicates that something happened before we came in, and probably something big. Your steampunk background is fascinating and varied (and it fits), and the woman's ancient peruvian warrior look gives it a mythic feeling. You have this electrical current on the left, which appears to be coming out of a wall plate (nice touch), and I love that there's a quilted leather couch behind her---like this wild place actually has seating! (If this is a booth in a coffee shop, man, I'd stay away from the coffee.) You leave about 200 storylines waiting to be told: Terrific piece, Barb. Love her "you thought WHAT???" expression. (Or "whaddya THINK I'm doing???" Or, "next time, YOU do it!" Followed by, "asshole!!!", as she walks out...)
