This one knocked me out. I love the mural on that old worn brick wall (with its jaundiced paint and decay). Love how the sky is making its way through the bricks (on top)...and that wild street-art with two flipping sea people doing an ecstatic dance. Such imagination, in what appears to be a mere 'street scene'. And how you made this altogether powerful painting feel natural against that urban gritty wall. Love that it's a man and woman, and both are flipping back in ecstatic moves; and I love the big crested waves they come out of. The foam and splatter is beautifully placed too, considering its an element from another source that you blended into the whole. Terrific piece, Barb, right down to the spout on the far right dripping onto the painting. You really integrate all your elements, in your mixed media pieces. Another terrific piece!
