Description
Looks like Mitch the Rooster has his chickens firmly held within that pen...oops, not all of them though. Seems one of the roosters has broken free (Hint: his name rhymes with Kitt) :) That's independence for ya :)
Thanks for the view and for any comments you'd like to share...really appreciate your support...
Note: I have ticked the no "Nudity" gallery option. By no means am I a prude, I'm just tired of these naked women seemingly taking over the gallery: "naked" is not "nude" and certainly not "art." Also, if you upload more than 1 image/day, I will comment on my fav from that group...

I like this image. Well done. Where did the chickens come from? I've been looking for some.

Well done and fun image, Barb! Got a giggle out of it!
I don't post a whole lot of nudes, or semi-nudes, but every once in a while I'll do one. I always try to make them artistic and classy and hopefully not too "in your face" LOL.

Awesome scene, just love it!

Always trouble when there's a rooster in the hen house eh...

I can't get over the optical effect of that chicken wire! lol Nice work Barbara! I'll make sure I don't post more than once per day for you! lol

This looks great! I like that chicken wire. All it takes is one free-thinking and honorable ... chicken.

Absolutely wonderful, good composition and excellent light ššš

A superbly done scene of the contry life, Barb! I agree with your words, "nude" is not always "art"... but many people prefer to see a nude than a butterfly, lol!

Nudity can also be art, it always depends on how it's done, see Michelangelo's David or the birth of Venus by Sandro Botticelli. Your chicken coop image is fantastic, excellent done.

Yes, Michael, nudity can be art, but nakedness is not...

Looks so photo perfect my friend. Not much into posting naked gals anymore and I offer up to two comments on multiple daily posts myself.

He can keep his eye on his girls better outside looking in.

Fine image. Ground textures are very hard to find. This is OK.

goldie, I'll get to your other recent uploads when I return (just back for a quick visit tonight, in the midst of stuff I've had to do)...but I loved this 'portrait of the upper chamber'...Mitch looks just like he should look, an arrogant leader probably cock-a-doodle-doing it up...and the rest of his party stuck behind chicken wire (which, yes, you handled very well, visually). And the "chicken" analogy is perfect. As is Mitt on the rooftop...and---the cherry on top---a Russian flag kind of ghosted onto the door...love it! (Maybe Vladimir is behind the door...kind of where he belongs). I also like the water spout and chicken feed, they're just cool visuals...Let's hope that, in the fall, we'll have different animals, and no roosters...really well done.

Great political cartoon Barbara nice to know there's a decent chicken who broke free.

Actually, the average chicken has far more guts than most Republicans.

Well done, I admit I was a little slow to realizing it was a political piece, but every once in a while, it is good to speak of important matters in an artistic way. As for nudity/nakedness in a image, the people of my fictional Xerphos are naturists, so you are subject to see both, but it is never the focus, just the reality, and ultimately an attempt to celebrate the human form without sexualizing it.

Chickens. I admire your restraint (and your great scene). Iām afraid I use much worse words. š¤¬š¤
