I am the author Lyle Aryn. Writing is my first love, my one true passion. Every since I was able to string a sentence together, it's all I've wanted to do. Websites where you can find my work and more are below.
I started using Daz Studio October 23rd of 2018, just as something to dink around with. I'd been signed up with the sight for a while, and would occasionally remember to check for freebies. I was surprised at what I had when I finally loaded up the program. I just started playing around with it, figuring it out. I'd say about 92% of what I've learned in the program I've learned just by playing around with it.
In December I went from being a dutiful son looking after his mom, to the full-time, no nights or weekends off, caretaker of my Mom. As someone who struggles with depression, anxiety and a mood disorder or two, this change has had a drastic impact on my own personal care and well-being. I turned to my blossoming love of doing digital art as a way to cope with the mountains of stress on my shoulders. I do miniature painting, too. But when you haven't slept in 4 days, handling a brush can be very messy. Not being able to paint to my own personal satisfaction was making this avenue of relaxation increasingly frustrating.
Daz Studio has an undo button that you just don't get with painting miniatures.
As my skill with the program grows, so does my confidence. I did the cover to my fifth novel, "Because the Night" using Daz Studio, as well as new covers for two previous releases. (Though they haven't been updated just yet.)
I'm looking to always improve my artistic work, no matter what the medium, and Daz Studio is no different.

Thanks! She hates them, but got to look good for those tips!

She is a real cutie and most irresistible! I like your description of your work flow! I confess I have no patience for all those fine details but they really show up well in your work. I suppose you could call me just a meat and potatoes kind of poser artist. Quick and furious with the least amount of in depth detailing. If it looks good on the surface, I go with it. But that is just my style. I make absolutely no claims at being proficient in any of these programs. I just like to create an image and if I like it, I post it. Carry on with your style though. I feel it really gives you a great sense off accomplishment especially when things work out the way you want them. Nothing better than that feeling! My hat is off to your! Your work really rocks big time!!!!

This comment has really made my day. I'm in a bit of a low spot today. Thank you very much for your kindness. bows

Nice job on her pose and beaming light.

Careful, she looks like just the type Rod would recruit into TnA! As to head scarves, nops, I got nada. I'd love something in a Rosie the Riveter style. Heck, I'd love something in a uniform style with epaulettes, but I can't find a thing there either.

Perhaps if we make enough noise, one of the PAs will oblige us!

Great fun. Her clothing has seen better days. This was a great view and I really enjoyed your backstory. Keep it up I’d love to see more.

Thank you. I started a re-render of something that will take HOURS to complete, but afterwards I hope to work on the scene I intended to do. Looks like the dForce stockings I found take quite a bit of work to get them to do their stuff. First product I've purchased that is using dForce for the contraction aspect instead of just simulating gravity.
Thanks for stopping by!

She's a very cute lady. Nicely done!
LyleAryn
Thank you. I'm working on the scene illustration now. The dForce pantyhose weren't really all that complicated once I figure out the trick. Hopefully it will be ready by tomorrow.

Super light and Greta pin up👍
LyleAryn
Thank you. I rather like it myself.
Funny thing about your mis-spell there. There's a character in the book named Greta, and everytime I'd write here name, I'd write "Great" instead.

Very interesting combination of the different dresses. Nice amazing work! I like it a lot!

Thank you! So do I, lol.
Hoping the one rendering right now turns out. I had to turn the CPU on for it.
