I am the author Lyle Aryn. Writing is my first love, my one true passion. Every since I was able to string a sentence together, it's all I've wanted to do. Websites where you can find my work and more are below.
I started using Daz Studio October 23rd of 2018, just as something to dink around with. I'd been signed up with the sight for a while, and would occasionally remember to check for freebies. I was surprised at what I had when I finally loaded up the program. I just started playing around with it, figuring it out. I'd say about 92% of what I've learned in the program I've learned just by playing around with it.
In December I went from being a dutiful son looking after his mom, to the full-time, no nights or weekends off, caretaker of my Mom. As someone who struggles with depression, anxiety and a mood disorder or two, this change has had a drastic impact on my own personal care and well-being. I turned to my blossoming love of doing digital art as a way to cope with the mountains of stress on my shoulders. I do miniature painting, too. But when you haven't slept in 4 days, handling a brush can be very messy. Not being able to paint to my own personal satisfaction was making this avenue of relaxation increasingly frustrating.
Daz Studio has an undo button that you just don't get with painting miniatures.
As my skill with the program grows, so does my confidence. I did the cover to my fifth novel, "Because the Night" using Daz Studio, as well as new covers for two previous releases. (Though they haven't been updated just yet.)
I'm looking to always improve my artistic work, no matter what the medium, and Daz Studio is no different.

like how she hides her weapons.
LyleAryn
Gotta make every shot count when it's smoothbore! Though I'm think the sky pirates might have early rifling in their weapons. I want to find a prop for the "finned" bullets that they used to use, which is partly why we have rifling now. Maybe I'll have my buddy make one. Should take him about 30 seconds, lol.

Lovely work! The lighting works perfectly, I did exactly that (hmm, cute model... err pistol?)...
Works a treat!

Thank you. I really had to play with the temperature a lot because of her skin, and then color enhance in post to bring out the purple in her hair again.
And when i saw Malore while browinsg, I had to get her. It's a great skint one. Not one you see very often in digital. (An oversight that ought to be corrected.) I shrunk the head slightly (she started with it a little enlarged) and that was it. I actually loaded it onto the dforce breast model, but didn't actually run the simulation because it wasn't necessary. I just wanted to be ready, just in case. She'll be saved as a subset, and be ready for future renders.

Lol. It's one I've been writing. I'll be doing something like a poster to explain it better and make it's own gallery. Thanks for having a look.

I really like the backstory of what went into this. You really work from a lot of detail points to come up with this wonderful render. She is the real deal as a character. Iβm looking forward to hearing more about the work youβre doing on the role-play. Well done and I look forward to seeing many more.
LyleAryn
Thank you. I'll keep you in mind. If you're interested.

Thank you. She'd have you believe she's a sweet little angel. She's going to be a ton of fun to introduce to the players.
My problem is, I've got to figure out how to do all the voices!
