Description
So, I decided to purchase a character from Most Digital Creations. Because, you know. I lack for characters... :wink:
Naturally, this meant I needed to justify the last bit of cash I've got before payday. And I figured, hey. I picked up some content from the Daz store this week that I shouldn't have. Why not kill two birds with one stone and try out one of these new outfits?
It all sorta just evolved from there. And WOW. Might have to pick up some more characters from MDC. To cover my lack, of course!
This is Tina, the latest, and currently on sale. I made the sound decision to pick one up at a discount just in case I didn't like working with it. And now I'm likely to pick up another in the future. (Been looking at Natasha)
Now... I did this all on Twitch, so... in the future, I hope to make use of the "Anatomical Correctness." and do a nude, because the thing that sent me over the edge on whether or not to pull the trigger on the purchase were her nipples. Honest. I love her skin, and ll the imperfections. That's all amazing. But this lady has some gorgeous nipples and I'm not going to be afraid to admit it!
(Fun Fact: Nipple is actually my favorite word in the English language, soo... I don't shy from it. Lol.)
I haven't done a nude in a while, but I foresee Tina being a little less modest in a day or two...
That said. Second post today, and if it renders fast enough, I'll have a THIRD later! My gosh! I always feel weird when i do more than one in a day. I don't mean to flood the gallery, but... Well, the Cyber Gothic Romance was an unexpected challenge, and Serpent's Kiss was just because I really shouldn't browse storefronts when I'm feeling really down. As for the third? It's one I started a couple days ago. I meant to render it yesterday, but got caught up in the Cyber Gothic one.
Finished it in the beginning of the Twitch stream, and have it rendering now. Did the entire Serpent's Kiss on stream, save for actual rendering. Not a bad 2.5 hours worth of content. I hope. I don't actually know, i don't get a lot of feedback.
So. We got AC Tine. We got the Serpent's Whisper outfit. We got Gothic Ruins. We got the Sun-Sky providing the light. That's where it got a little tricky, because as first I wasn't getting a shadow from the whip. I guess you have to move the sun-sky's ground plane up to a level above whatever is in the scene? Anyway, I know once I changed the height of the invisible ground, the shadow appeared. Phew. Maybe that would make it appear in my 3DL render... only that isn't using sun-sky... I really got to figure out the ground shadow thing. in 3DL.
Spent quite a bit of time getting that whip placed. It's an older model, but I think it holds up well enough. Besides, everybody out to be looking at the lovely Tina anyway.
Have a great day. Look forward to the next one! It's Khemsit - but this time we turned her into a character from a story I'm THINKING about turning into my next novel! At the very least, I'd love to flesh out the character more.

Go for it !!! I think she is a totally fine woman and deserves render time. And yes, we are adults and adults do have parts. What is with DAZ ???, Females have parts but I am learning that to by guy parts you either spring for $120.00 for a Pro bundle or go 3rd party for like $20.00. Great way to push business away folks. Maybe they are worried we won't know how to put guy parts on properly and we will get it backwards somehow.

First off, great imagery! Second, you are right about not shopping when in a down mood. I do my best to stick to sales but that has it's own downfall. Also I don't have to worry about bits and bobs since I don't do nudes, but that's just me. :)

Thanks. If you can get it set up proper, the sun-sky setting is your best friend for outdoor scenes. I like how her skin looks in this light. Her next render, though... Hmm. Ideas are forming and I thibk we won't be under the sun-sky dome...

Excellent render! I like it! You make green look so good! I think the way you collect clothes for your girls...you might soon need a new larger closet for them. I made the mistake of viewing the galleries late at night, with little sleep from the night before. Perhaps it was not the best time to comment on an image, as I am a little tired from not enough sleep. But I saw your image and I could not help myself :-) I usually like to comment when I am wide awake and alert. My apologies for rambling on. Have a great day! :-)

I'm loving the green on her. Maybe Tina's next render will be a continuation of thr same character. Hmm. All kinds of directions I can take this.

Well, my third is still rendering. 82% It's got complicated lights, so it's taking a bit longer. Hopefully, ya'll will thinkbits worth the wait - it's looking really good imo!

It's been a while since I've grabbed one of Adam's ladies - I may have to fix that soon. I'm getting a little sparse on them too - I 'only' have 800-some V4s. Not counting the A4s, G4s, V4A4s, V4A4G4s, Dawns, Antonias, LaFemmes, Genesis, G2, G3, G8, etc, etc, ad Infinium.. Jeeze, no wonder I'm poor! 😆

I love MDC, but I rarely get the anatomically correct series because I don't really use them. The textures though can sometimes be amazing. Nice image. Oh, and I'm now following you on Twitch just because I'm on Twitch a lot.

Lol. Thanks! I appreciate it. I don't really keep a schedule, but often when I feel like chattering and there's nobody on, I pop onto twitch to chatter. And create art. Or at least attempt to create art.

DING DING! I chose this hair because it made me think "medusa" I thought the wild tangle of curls suited the "serpent" theme. Thanks a bunch for commenting! I've got medusa hair, but... I think I made the right choice with her.

Thank you. I just go with my instincts. Green is one of the colors I have a little trouble with, being colorblind. Something vibrant like this isn't so bad though, and I think I got it looking nicely together. At least, my eyes were going "yum!"
