Description
.. On a sunny summer day. Anyone remember what that was like? Back in the days when you could walk down the street in your neighborhood, even stop and chat with one of your neighbors without having to wear 2 or 3 layers of fabric over your face...
I miss those days.
Just wanted to drop by to let you all know I'll be out of action for a few days.. I had a pipe rupture in my basement restroom. It's not a major one, but it's - naturally - in a location where I cannot just shut off the water to it. I'd have to shut it off for the whole house. And it's going to be a week before I can get a plumber out. I do have a kluged together drainage system, so it's more of a pain in the butt than a major problem. One thing after another...
And to be honest I have no right to complain - at all. Seeing the hell those folks in Texas and Oklahoma are going through.. Looks like 2020 is continuing into 2021....
At least NASA had a good day..
I'll be back soon... Stay safe, stay healthy, and look out for each other - it's how we'll all get through this... And thanks for stopping by!

Sorry to hear of your plumbing problems. This is the worst possible time of the year to have to deal with those.

Sorry to hear about your problems with pluming...I have had the same issues in the past! Seems like once you are a home owner plumbing problems is just a matter of time before they happen! I do look forward to the day when you can approach people and not be concerned whether they have an infections disease or not! First time in my life when I feel that approaching someone might not be welcomed for fear of contracting the virus! I fear we are becoming more distant from one another! Great work on your render and that beautiful neighbor! :-)

Yeah, i can... But for the moment i don't go out for a stroll, all the paths that i used too walk on have been destroyed by those nature loving cyclists. Lovely lady. Nicely done.

Last week we had record lows and this week I have had to run the AC a few times. I prefer the warmer weather but will it last? Usually there is another cold snap before Easter. Lovely and most important SUNNY scene! Well done!
