Description
Brooke Potts considered all she had been told. "I'm puzzled about Lena's visa status, Gregor. You say you're planning to see Professor Van Humbeek about admission to the University. Shouldn't she already be accepted?"
Lena sighed and shoveled more salad hungrily pretending not to hear. Gregor paused before biting into his sandwich. "Eh. It might be that someone has managed to fabricate necessary documents. If University is made to produce copies... they might not exist." He bit into the sandwich and chewed.
"Wait. Hold on. Someone might have made up counterfeit documents for her? Who on Earth would do such a thing?!?" Brooke said.
Gregor swallowed. "Someone might have been me. There was not time for usual avenues." He sighed. "Am sorry but suggest that you know absolutely nothing about this, Da?"
Brooke shook her head. "Know about what? Me and the "Pix" don't know anything about anything, right, Pix?"
"Pixie" had not been listening, and was caught with her gaze and her mind fixed on the lovely Russian girl consuming her salad. "Eh? What? Ehm. Whatever you say, Brookster, that's our story and we're sticking to it!"
Molly's art notes: Set up and rendered in Poser 12.0.757 using the Superfly Cycles 2 rendering engine and then tweaked a bit in Photoshop. Vladlena Bubnoff is a character based on the much neglected Bella 1.2 mesh by Ali (get it at his website, Mankahoo). Her big brother Gregor (whom you have met before) is based on L'Homme with morphs and textures by the amazing Tempesta3d . The setting is by Blue Tree Studio.

The saga continues - nice posing as always and asset choice. Can't go wrong with anything by Blue Tree or Tempesta. Pixie does seem enamored with Lana - why wouldn't she be?

This story is progressing quite nicely! Hope they don't get caught! They seem like very cool characters and deserve many breaks in their lives! Looking forward to more chapters! A very fine illustration to accompany the verbiage! Very nicely imagined and realized! Bravo!

Her big brother is going way out on a limb for her and is going to have to ask some others to join him there.

other then that a magnificent view and mood in the shop. i would like the close bathroom t my age.

I love Brooke's expression of "let me get this straight," but with a gentleness, not meanness or sarcasm. More of a "hmmm, let me try and make sense of why this shouldn't be a red flag, given their situation." Her body language goes well with that expression! And Pixie looks rather smitten with Lena! Another nice scene moving the story forward :-)

Thank you so much for such a lovely validation of what I was going for. Although I wanted all 4 characters visible for this 'beat' of the story I wanted to focus on how Brooke and Pix are taking it in very differently. Pixie is indeed smitten. =)

Probably the only story that i don't follow..... ( hurry-up...with the odd couple...LOL...!! ) that you do....but i can appreciate the image and the time, effort and work that went into producing it..and the end result is first class...!!

Thanks, DG. I am working on another picture in the "Odd Couple" series which will be ready in a day or two as well as another project that is completely different. Of course, I have 10 or 20 other stories here and at Deviant Art that I should finish... >.<
