What's Old Become New. Mrs. Bartlett's fifth grade class works their weekly shift down at the city sewage plant. Wishing to root out vile 'wokeness' from the schools, the school board restored the old rules, all so perfected back in the good ol' days! Better still, outside funds subsidized vocational training. Not to brag, but the local council also saves a boat-load of money! The school kids were so much cheaper than those whiny adults, and can't complain about feeding a family or making a living wage. Let those adult slackers go bother someone else. The dusty old ghosts of Pullman, Rockefeller, and Vanderbilt smile. All was well in the universe.
