Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wanted her face to betray the blush that matched the pink of the pregnancy test opposite that of the poster for businesswomen. Similarly, I wanted the shadow of the plant to the left of the door to darken her lower abdomen like a shadow on the picture of her career, in fact the same plant is there too on the promotional poster. The rectangle of her professional notepad becomes like a hole in her life, finally she turns her back on her workspace whose perspectives have become blurred.

yes you are right, I wanted to register this office, at the top of a building in a business district, without being able to immediately identify the city. The point of view from this window is of course fictitious.
