Description
The original 5" x 7" watercolour was painted for my dear friend Raye for Christmas two years ago. The beetle is a native species that appears around Christmas time, giving it the obvious name of a Christmas Beetle (Anoplognathus
porosus, the leaves and bark are mostly from the Lemon Scented Gum (Eucalyptus citriodora).
