Description
The Blue Mountains, West of Sydney, are the Grand Canyon of Australia. The famous blue colour is caused by oils exhuded from the eucalyptus trees.
The original, 5" x 7", picture was painted in 1998 for my Mum's birthday. Thanks to Dad for scanning it.

This I want to see in persong I love mountains and while I've seen grey ones and brown ones and live by red ones now...actual blue I think I've missed. This is a beautiful picture, with a lovely sense of fore-, middle-, and background to it.
