Description

Reposted, another bodypaint exercise by painting a frontal projection. The caterpiller was box modeled and very fine hairs were made through the Hair Dep. plugin, with the same texture applied which gave it a slight silk-like look. Got a suggestion to increase the amount of hair, hence the repost, but Im still not satesfied. The leaf is a polygon mesh with a scanned leaf texture. Lighting is HDRI based with probes from devebec. some sugestions, maybe its just my monitor (MAC) but i cant see any hairs on the little dude, maybe go crazy and give it lots and lots, like those reley hairy pillars that you sometimes see, and possibley some bite chunks out of the leaf, otherwise realy cool image!
