Description
Greetings. Been busy and away for a week or so. Looking forward to catching up on the posts I missed. :) Finally jettisoned my junky old Canoscan FB620P; replaced it just today with an Epson Perfection 3200! So far, I'm impressed. Here are two of my first scans, both from 4x6 prints. It's supposed to be very good (especially for a flatbed) at scans directly from negatives, too. I'll try soon and post some. Enjoy, and thanks for looking!

Ok, the scanner did his Job, indeed, but the picture was shot by you, so I should say what I think: as always, impressive colours, and beautiful macro. I also agree with gallimel, since I haven't seen this flower before: it's amazing! :-)

WOW - great shot and great job by your scanner (seems to be turning into a V.I.S. right now...). So, what kind of flower is that? Does it stay like this or do the petals unfold during daytime?
