It reminds me the film, "Stargate" which is one of my favorite movie. There is another world beyond the ring - fantastic composition!

Very creative Rick! I like the way the points intersect in each of the spheres and mirror the meeting points at the edge of the lake. Great lighting and depth. Very dynamic image.

Brilliant! Fantastic textures on the ring, looks just like smooth, polished wood, with a deep grain. Very interesting spheres, i love their placement. Maybe the right hand sphere could do to drop a slight shadow onto the ring itself, in league with the light source? Anyway, its a wonderful image, with a great perspective, well done :)

I am speechless with amazement - the surface textures on the ring, sphere , and light rays from the setting star are utterly fascinating ; the ripples and colours of the evening sea are also superb.

Thanks for explaining this to me. Now that I understand what you were after it makes more sense to me. I think maybe the surrealism tag threw me a bit. Maybe it would have been better under sci-fi? Excellent work anyway.
