Description
Created for this month's theme in the 2D Forum.
Only twenty minutes drive from our house, the Watagan Mountains symbolise the beauty and mystery of the Hunter Region of New South Wales. The Watagans are an area of great Aboriginal importance, containing many sacred sites and the local air is infused with ancient energy. I tried to capture the spirit and power of this unique area, right down to the rock grooves where the local tribes sharpened their tools by the river bank.
Thanks for viewing :D
P.S. Coloured in PS7 from an original sketch.
