Description

I created this image in the summer of 2002 as a little gift for a friend who has a fascination with all things Egyptian. It's not supposed to be any particular location; I just wanted to capture the mood and atmosphere of a warm and golden evening (and play with the Bryce Tree Lab). The inspiration for this work was some of the paintings and photos I saw during a Google image search on the word "pyramids". Modeled and rendered in Bryce 5 on my G4.

Good atmosphere, great depth, but it feels like it needs more detail. Bullrushes at the river's edge or something. Something to continue the flow of depth. I like this.
