Description

Decided to end my digital drought! A 100% Bryce booleaned image. Inspired by some Rodney Matthew Illustrations. One of my favourite fantasy artist. Have always wanted to create my own Butterfly crafts. :) Would welcome comments, suggestions...

I think what I like most is that only the craft in the foreground tips one off that these are mechanical creations. Even then the mechanical details are very subtle. Excellent image!

WHOOOAAAA!!! You're back!!! well where to start!!! look at the huge work on "cloud city" but mainly look how colors are well balanced in the city. it' amazing: the golden acropolis, the green garden and the dark base! the butterflies full of details and gorgeous (... I've seen that cockpit model somewhere ....uh!?... ;-) ) thank you for returning here at 'rosity!

Very good! I first thought of Rodney Matthews without looking into you additional comment.:) Excellent modelling, setup and execution. The only thing that disturbs me a little bit are the dull colors. However this can be fixed with Photoshop or every other graphic proggie. Anyway, it's an excellent job!!! :)))
