"Now, my friends, all that is true, all that is noble, all that is just and pure...fill your thoughts with these things." (Philippians 4:8)
Five years ago I quit my teaching job and have been doing my art and photography professionally. Although I am new to the business, and money is scarce a lot, it is very rewarding to me. It has been years since I have posted on this site and I have missed talking to you guys. I hope some of you at least will remember me.

Oh this is so beautifully rich and not one muddy spot to be found which is so indicative of acrylics, especially first go! Brilliant work, in more sense than one ;) If you want to slow the drying time, see if you can pick up some drying retardant from the art store, if they don't have that, I find the impasto medium takes AGES to dry :) Thanks so much for sharing :D

A cross between cool and warm colours in this wonderful painting.....one question, can you use a watered down brush to blend the colours while their drying?......i used to do that with the old 'painting by numbers' years ago and it seemed to work with oils....just a thought as i dont know much about the media you use.....anyway, still a wonderful piece of artwork, well done. regards Marc XX :)
