Just a quickie to ... well honour my beloved half :). I was thinkin that the November Theme was creating quite bloody, dark images in my own gallery and I just wanted to bring you all my own sun, really apt after a weekend together, don't you think?:)
Nothing more than this, indeed :)
But when I think of him, really my world becomes this flamboyant burning, shining, exploding universe. That I admire, calmly, indeed, as when love is real the calmness becomes the virtue of the strongests. And we are :)
The picture of him in the source is dated...September 2003 like my own one.It's never easy to take pics of him as he hates it more than I do.. so okay.. that isn't his best pic I do admit. But for me he still the sun whatever picture he is framed into :)
While watchin it I dunno why I think of Klimt.It must be the gold and red, the light and the loving fire I guess.Anyway...

Next piece is the planned Castore and Polluce chalk starring our Synapse :)...I got the privilege of painting him and I really can't wait to glorify him once more too.He's an excellent model, indeed :)enjoy!

Bright, beautiful colors, the heart of the sun is burning inside you, illuminating you for all to see. In the poem I especially like the image of him as a breeze moving your hair.

Your usual primary yellows and reds, but this time they don't hurt my eyes so much as there's a homogenity that I like here and it works much better. You just have to get more used to typography so that letters don't get obscured by the backgrounds they sit on... there are some intuitive rules about this stuff (mostly to do with the tonal relationship between text and background) but they will come with practice and I can help you out by example too :-)
It's always beautiful to read when you honour Stef this way... I can't think of a love more massive than yours, and I'll reiterate the first message I ever wrote to you: he's a lucky guy hugs xxxxxxxxx :-)
