Foolish, it is
To think anyone sees me
In my time of need
is when everyone leaves me
Invisible to all
till it suits their desires
Allow me to combust
among your selfish fires
I Pray, I Yearn, I Flail, I Burn
Hopeless, it seems
that an Angel could hear me
Only in my dreams
Could one want to be near me
Yet, there you stand
Let us have this dance
Serene and content
you give me a chance
My arms are outstretched
let us melt as one
Join me in this bond
Passions heat like the sun
I was once on my knees
begging for a sign
Heaven has answered
Your soul divine
Teach me to fly
Show me what to do
Whatever it takes
I'll soon soar with you
