I think I shouldn't write immersed as i am in the impact of this that totally takes over my soul angel.. but how differently I could thank you once more for being s completely artist in all you do? This is so far the most impressive among all theme images.. and effortlessly I can say it's also among all I have seen since I have got back from my exhile... You're the real queen of angels :) Love you :)(and Bob dylan ;))

What can I say after Meli, just agree. Can an image be more powerful and at the same time full of refined beauty?

.................
Cass... I know I'm doing a Meli here L but... this goes straight to my heart and pulverises. It almost literally hurts. The technique is incredible but its emotional impact even more so. I feel I should say more but nothing comes out, I'm a bit too much in shock LOL. Angel, thank you SO much hugest hugs :-)

oooooh, owwe... o.O! as been said, this really pierces the heart & so exquisitely done, the image transfixes you to it on the spot, dramatically & to the point! ouch again... nice touch with the selective color & Dylan's words :] you.. the "queen of angels", i like that

Yes, I echo j-art's remark regarding "the pen is mightier than the sword." Strong imagery.

It certainly has impact. When I first looked at it, it hit me in the pit of my stomach. It really hits viewers where they live. This viewer anyway. I give it a WOW!

I've always found hands - realistic hands, that don't look like something stepped on or those of a cartoon - to be something difficult to draw. This one here is so real, in more than just physical ways. The shading and highlights, the contours and colour contrast all lend themselves to an emotional impact that's greater than the sum of parts. Excellent workhugs

If you ran out of ink, you should have gone to the store... Excellent work. Looking at it, the technique you used for this image almost looks like it was done in Gouache. Congratzie!

hmmm... this image possibly has a very different meaning for me than you intended. my pen, or in this case, feather, is what sets me free. it is what allows me to let my mind run free and my thoughts to flow through my body and onto the paper, un-altered and un-tainted. yet in the same way my pen sets me free, it also shackles me in certain ways... certain methods and certain media. to me this is like my art betraying me, taking advantage of my love for it to hurt me. or perhaps it is i who hurt myself through my art. yes, the latter is most likely the accurate interpretation for me.
