Description

Majestic wilderness, Beautiful colors to rival the masters palette. Cracks, Crevices, Rooks and Crannies. Sharp brutal rock. This is the desert to which, man can't rule and the Boys were born. The wild horses have reached the river, but nature decided to be cruel this year as it does from time to time. It's been a very hot year and the river is dried up. As they approached the river they could see the sagebrush in the dried river bed, the other dead grasses along the river channel, but there was no smell of sweet water on the wind. The Mare and colt in the front look down towards the rest of the river, no water, not even seepage. They know of other water holes but this was the nearest. They will go on. the older horses have the strength but the colts may not make it. VistaPro and psp for post work.

Beautiful postwork, and (as always) a great story to set it off. I hope the Colts make it, but like you said, nature can be cruel. I always look forward to your pictures - like taking a vacation, they're beautiful and relaxing. This one's excellent, so gets my vote Frank. V

I said it before; and, I'll say it again: this work and all the previous renders - including your narratives - need to become a book! Frank, you must move to Arizona. Your work is unsurpassed!
