Description

"Just after midnight, the Legion arrived at Ri'aka and formed a line across its fields, anchoring its center on the old ruined keep. As the first moments of dawn lightened the skies, the alarms were raised.... Zrie's army had arrived." Image 8 in the series - an attempt at a largish night scene. Many thanks to various people in the bryce forum for useful suggestions and new years resolutions be damned ;) Sorry for the picture width and any unpleasent scrolling you may have to go through. Thanks for taking the time to look and for any thoughts or opinions you may leave (and for having lots of patience if you've been following the series from the start).

You did a really good job with this one. I only have one pretty serious complaint - The 47th guy from the fort in the third row is wearing Nikes.

Nice Job...youre the king of mighty battle scenes! Love this one... The only thing is there is no dirt or flaws in the closest knights...I would do some dirt and grime in photoshop or whatever...other wise, great pic.

A+ overall for your usual excellence. Remarkable detail. 3 demerits for obvious texture tiling on your central ruin structure. :)
