Description
Cherished memories
Was in a box I made of finest flowers
Wrapped in a sheet of diamonds purest crystal
Caught during a storm of sunny showers~
Tied with a ribbon of the sky's palest blue
Held with a bow streaming from the golden sun
Unforgettable moments
That over the years were spun~
It floats softly on a cushion of clouds
hovering low
Held in place with my own pintucks
of call and giving
Selected from imnumerable memories we share
Embellished
With bits of personal living~
Memories that rose in triumph
The joyful highs
Some that sank in sorrow's murky woes
Some so sad,they quickly drowned in salty tears
Sinking to illusionary depths of Death Valleys lows~
Cradled in fluffy pillows of soft white clouds
In this box
I made of meadows finest flowers
I give my love this gift
Our cherished memories
Glowing
With our loves most treasured hours~

Delightful Poem with feeling! Easy to keep the treasures of joy, requires strength to retain any of sadness! Bravo! I to keep these types of treasures in a box of sorts, not as tangible, they to float on clouds; maybe that's why they call me an airhead :)
