Description
As we got near the island we could see just how big the cliffs were. At least 300 ft almost straight up.
Thats a lot of lava and ash built up over the years. Surf breaking on the cliffs, long lazy waves with a goodly breeze.
We saw the split in the cliff. This would takes us to the interior of the out lying ring. From there we would be on foot.
By the map this is a ring around a few smaller islands. From my guess I would say that sometime back a few days ago this was a very large Volcano. The outside ring would be the volcano and the smaller islands in the center would be built up lava cones..
I found the map in a old trunk. At 1st I thought it was a put on, but too many things checked out.
We don't know what we will find.. But In this day what could happen??
VistaPro and PSP for post..
