For those that don't recognize South Ferry, Battery Park City, Wall/Water Street, the World Financial Center, and the World Trade Center - That's lower Manhattan. Depicting an aerial attack within the framework of that environment can be a sensitive matter, and while I invite you to appreciate the artistic talent exhibited here, I implore you to also remember and reflect

And you got my vote for, tragic as the 9/11 events are, if can't, if we aren't allowed because of than the terrorists have really won.

I believe since ddruckenmiller and others may feel strongly about what is in that render I should apologize to all of you directly for the earlier comment I left on this piece(Awesome propaganda render! Love the colors.). I did realize when I saw it what it was, but I was only commenting on the finished product. I should also tell you that I saw the events happen live that day from the impact of the second airplane to the full collapse and cried for an hour or better in disbelief. I will never forget that day for the rest of my life. But, I do not believe that Ornlu's intention was to offend anyone. The bounds of decency might have been crossed slightly in the taste department but I would rather keep in mind that we all suffered in some way on that day and this render is just another way for us to remember all those lives that were wasted before their time. In a way it is almost true in the sense of symbolism. A foreign force infiltrated our home and wiped out a landmark that was instantly recognized to almost everyone around the world, WE WERE INVADED! Again I am sorry for offending any one in any way and I hope you are in a forgiving mood. A friend, Mark a.k.a. lgp692000
