Description

Hmm well, sorry for my lack of attendance lately... RL calls. Anyway, this is a radiator / heatercore from a water cooling setup. Just modeled it in an attempt to get some rust off. It has been my first scene in a while. So, drop a line if you want, always good to hear from people.

excellence in terms of postwork and modelling and lighting, with the small issue of the bryce one being a bit off -my eyes could be deceiving me. Perhaps there's just not enough reflection on the thing. Either way, about x100 better than I could ever do. EXCELLENT :)

Excellent model and render! I have to respectfully disagree with drac on this one. I just recently replaced the heater core in my old late '80s T-bird. When that sucker saw the light of day there was nothing reflective or shiney about it lol.

Nice work. Still don't have the courage to put actual liquid inside my machines,.......this is why I have 5 fans.

yeah currently running 9 fans in my comp.. not too loud but I'm hitting the limits of my cpu's overclocking potential. So the next logical step is water. Thanks for the responses.

And when you hit the ceiling with water cooling, I take it you'll be looking into liquid N2. Heheheh.

Great modelling! I'd send one to Drac, his laptop has been overheating lately!

Nah paul, I can't afford the bills from Nitrogen or Peltier cooling. Water will be it for now... perhaps a mini-fridge mod when I get bored.. but that's it.
