Description

Not exactly a Q.M.M. exhibit - but I added it here as an Australian nautical classic. It is detail of the Manly Ferry that crosses the beautiful Sydney harbour to Circular Quay - day in, day out. Hot chocolate anyone, but hold your cups tight it can get rough through the 'heads'. PW: Old Kodak pocket Whateveritwas. Scanned and resized by Canon Scanner. Slight lighting.

i like this capture, excellent eye.i think you should remove the magenta alittle bit in the highlights on this image. !!!!!!! #:O) !!!!!!!

@ Gerhard - Thanks for your suggestion, I highly respect your judgment. The feel that I wanted on this one was FLAT like an abstract minimalist painting four slabs of colour! But you've got me thinking...maybe hmmmmm....wanders off to experiment in the colour lab @ Tedz - manly hug (congratulations on your 3D investiture as monarch - do you get the butterflies?) @ Monika - hugz - > Mannheim expresso. More hot chocolate anyone it's almost time to dock.
