Description

After a great hike it's good to be back in the valley. The heights of the mountains look upon me and I look upward to observe them with awe. Sometimes rocks fall down, like this one. Better be somewhere else when it's raining rocks. Now is everything quiet. Serenity. I hope you've enjoyed this trip and therefore I present this double bill. Close to the road I found these wild orchids grouped together. I thought it would be good to wish you all the good with this floral greeting! I've found back the peace in my heart that I longed for. Even though my chief is suspended yesterday for 3 months in quite a rigid way. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark! :) But there's still peace in my heart. Peace to all of you! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 70 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Two beautiful impressions - the fallen rock is kind of frightening but I would like to rest on it - as it is resting itself. The pictures are beautiful in colours and contrast.

How did that fallen rock get so square? I am always so curious about those things...how did it get there...where did it come from...when did it fall. I must have really annoyed my parents with questions when I was a child! Lovely photos!
