Description
Well I went back by Swan Lake & Iris Gardens today to get some more shots. This is a Black Necked Swan (Cygnus melanocoryphus). This one swam up to me and just floated their for me to take its pic. Now a little about this swan. The Black-necked Swan is one of two swan species native to South America. Black-necked Swans are found from southern Brazil, south to Tierra del Fuego and the Falkland Islands. Since their legs are set so far back on the body, making land travel awkward, they spend a great deal of time in large bodies of water. Hope you enjoy.

You are good, my friend! :-) This is lovely. I have a capture of a black-necked swan also, but it can't compare to this one!
