Description

...rodluc2001's wonderful models! Of course I had to make something also. This is the Village Bonus Pack in my interpretation, primarily working with lighting/mood and texturing. Some Poser characters were present originally, but I removed them, as they sort of confused the composition. Hence the "boring" picture :) Vue 4, Photoshop CS for post-processing. Credits: "Middle Age Village" by Luca Rodolfi - rodluc2001 - www.rodluc.com. Thanks for your comments on my last picture, hope you like this one also. Comments welcome and appreciated. Have a nice weekend - Lars

I like it very much great job.You have a keen eye the lighting is just right to me. I suspect that you had great difficultly in deciding what figures might fit this scene. But like Polax said boring? not at all!

The moonlight on the cobblestone street is simply awesome! The buildings work so well in this light as well. Fine image! Vote!

Incredible example of light detail. Moonlight, starlight, candles and hearthfires from inside the buildings, all beautifully done. Totally creates the atmosphere of a quite night behind secure city walls. What an awesome render!!!
